Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be damaged or defective upon arrival
  • It must not have been used
  • It must be returned in its original packaging and condition
  • Clear evidence must be provided (photo or video)

The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions along with a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photo or video evidence so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or personal-use products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
